Building digital growth systems that turn customer attention, data and technology into measurable business outcomes.
John Ssenkeezi has spent 18+ years moving between broadcast media, advertising agencies, telecommunications and public-sector financial services — building the digital strategy, customer experience and marketing technology functions that sit behind that growth, not just advising on them from outside.

“A growth strategy is only as good as the team's ability to run it after I leave the room. I build measurement frameworks with named owners, personalisation that a small team can sustain, and self-service journeys that earn trust before they earn adoption — not slide decks that impress once and get shelved.”

How healthy is your digital marketing?

How the score is calculated
Twenty-five questions roll up into five reporting pillars — Strategy, Acquisition, Conversion, Retention and Measurement — each weighted by how directly it drives growth. Acquisition and Conversion carry the most weight (25% each): that's where budget concentrates and inefficiency compounds fastest, and a weak conversion layer caps the return on every acquisition dollar regardless of how good that spend is. Retention is weighted just under them (20%), on purpose, to counterbalance the acquisition bias most organisations already have. Strategy and Measurement (15% each) are foundational rather than directly revenue-producing, so their direct weight is modest — even though their effect on every other pillar is real. The result is a single 0–100 score, plus a category-by-category breakdown showing exactly where the gaps are.
